Due to COVID-19 folks have discovered they can work from home, w/ an office, home schooling area, larger eating area, “Mother-in-law” suite, etc. 2. – REPORT that we have more properties in Escrow than we have ON the market. Specialize in “feature matching” for clients.
– REPORT that since June 1st, there have been over 300 escrow closings in Palm Springs and there are 350 properties in escrow NOW in Palm Springs. In the last 90 days, 780 closings!!! BRADY HAS NEVER SEEN THESE NUMBERS before. The office needs inventory.
