– DISCUSSION on who to listen to; the CDC, Fauci. Dr. Hodgkins is listening to the SCIENCE. Folks think this virus is not real or deadly enough.  Less than 80 children have died from COVID.
– REPORT that the hospital cases have doubled due to Thanksgiving etc., MOSTLY unvaccinated folks.
– REPORT the Omicron has 30 genetic mutations @ the spike protein. With only 20 genetic mutations the vaccine still worked.
– REPORT that in the U.S. the Delta Variant is 99% of the cases. First case of Omicron Variant is in San Francisco.
– DISCUSSION that you are 7 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO GET COVID IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED; 12 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO BE HOSPILATIZED IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED; 16 ½ MORE TIMES TO DIE IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED.

1. Is the Omicron more dangerous? (Not really, just DIFFERENT. Same type of onset, mostly mild symptoms.  It’s a “scariant”. The virus will eventually run out of “hosts”.)
2.  Will there be ONE SURE VACCINE for all the Covid variants? (No. But we have the technology to develop new vaccines)
3. Don’t we have 3 vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, good treatments in hospitals but more people have died in 2021 than 2020? (We have good treatments and newer ones coming out all the time for after you get the virus. We should expect 2022 to be better.)
– REPORT that D.O.H.C. Clinical Research Department is doing a trial w/ “Adagio” group, developing an injection that will protect you from getting Covid for 6 months.  Have to be well when you get the shot.
4. Is there a protein that will reverse muscle aging? (Not info out there to answer yet, but try to retain your muscle mass as you age).
