– REPORT on the reasons for the great real estate market Trifecta in Palm Springs and how the relationship w/ your house has changed…1. Due to COVID-19 folks have discovered they can work from home, w/ an office, home schooling area, larger eating area, “Mother-in-law” suite, etc. 2. Want to travel by car, not plane, so their vacation home is within a “drive” not a flight. 3. Low interest rates. i.e. 2.2% fixed.
– REPORT that we have more properties in Escrow than we have ON the market. Specialize in “feature matching” for clients.
– REPORT that since June 1st, there have been over 300 escrow closings in Palm Springs and there are 350 properties in escrow NOW in Palm Springs. In the last 90 days, 780 closings!!! BRADY HAS NEVER SEEN THESE NUMBERS before. The office needs inventory.
– REPORT that folks are moving away from extremely expensive markets, big city crime areas, congestion, traffic etc.
– Palm Springs Life reported that the Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group is the #1 TEAM for 2019 in the Coachella Valley. Very customer centered. Buyers want “ready to move in” properties. Brady specializes in finding buyers.
– REPORT that 70% of Buyers are bidding against other buyers. Buyers raise the price themselves.
– REPORT that Brady has already closed more sales this year that in ALL of last year. Most of our new home buyers come from inside CA., mostly San Francisco and San Diego. “Real estate trade winds” as clients move.
– Brady will “stage” a home for sale if owners can’t get here to do it. FOR FREE. Handle all aspects of a sale, donations, charities, removal, staging, etc.
– Brady Sandahl “Mystery House” for the Joey English Show. Answer; Great value at $399,500.
– REMEMBER that the real estate market can TURN very quickly. We are overdue for a correction in the market. This is probably the best window to sell in.
