5. How does dry shampoo cause cancer? What is Benzene? (Yes, benzene is in many of these products. Has been shown to cause cancer. Many shampoos have been recalled. Cigarette smoke is a worse producer of benzene.)
6. Do you have an increased chance of schizophrenia is I’ve had COVID? (Yes. There is a link. There is 3 times the risk of dying if you have schizophrenia.)
7. Can a Dr. predict when you will die by how you walk? ( 2 studies about this. YES.)

– DISCUSSION of the definition/meaning of Mediation. Needs to deal w/ both parties in a dispute. Better for all involved, AND their pocketbook.
– REPORT that mediation is becoming more popular due to costs, time constraints, courts backed up, etc. Fees for Rich are SPLIT between parties.
– HIS SUBJECT FOR TODAY; LEGAL SEPARATION vs. DIVORCE.
– REPORT that a divorce is the true END of a marriage.; a legal separation is a divorce for Catholics…lol.
– DISCUSSION that w/ a legal separation;
1. Spouses can remain on each other’s health insurance. Still live together, parent together, etc.
2. Can continue to file joint tax returns.
3. Cannot get remarried if you are legally separated, YOU ARE STILL MARRIED.
4. All the documents are the same as w/ a divorce. Judgement is of legal separation. It’s a marital separation agreement.
5. If you proceed w/ a divorce, the documents REMAIN the same and don’t have to be done over and re-litigated. However, you still have to wait 6 months for the divorce.
6. If you change your minds about the legal separation, to un-do it you must get re-married.

2. Why does my car insurance go up even though my car is getting older? (Yes, because harder to get parts, rental cars, repairs made, etc/ You might get discounts if you are a member of AAA).
