C.V. HORSE RESCUE Brenda Vatland re: On Monroe Street in Indio. By the Red Jeep Tours. In the Valley since 1965.
– REPORT on mission statement; rescue horses, rehabilitate them, and find them “forever” homes. All volunteer (over 140) organization.

– REPORT that they were shut down for the annual yearly maintenance.
– REPORT on THE NEW menu when they re-open. He’s adding duck, and you can’t get salmonella from duck.

– REPORT on menu: Has center-cut beef tenderloin and the 14 oz. ribeye, plus lighter Colorado lamb. Seasonal vegetables.
