1. Should women get their mammograms right after they get their vaccine? (No, the Vaccine may cause lymph nodes to enlarge a bit and show up on a mammogram, so wait 4 to 6 weeks, until the nodes go down) Screening mammogram, HOLD OFF. Diagnostic mammogram, GET IT.
2. Does Duke University have a new vaccine that will PREVENT THE NEXT PANDEMIC? (No one know what the next pandemic might be. This pandemic does not appear to be very predictable. New vaccines can be produced much more quickly now.)
– REPORT that if we had the vaccine @ the beginning of this Pandemic the deaths would have been much lower.
– DISCUSSION of now that we have the genome of the virus and can target them much more quickly. Mrna technology is pretty simple and the platform is very quick. Scientists have been studying this virus for YEARS.

– REPORT on the Family Birthing Center w/ state of the art equipment for both moms and babies. 14 rooms, w/ 2 operating suites, w/ neo-natal intensive care unit w/ one baby, one room; cameras to connect to Mom/Grandma etc., @ home.
– LDRP (labor, delivery recovery and postpartum) means Mom stays in the same room for the entire birthing process.
– REPORT on the latest innovations; Moms “sit up” in a birthing chair if they want to deliver; wireless monitoring if Mom wants to walk around during labor; “peanut” balls to place between Mom’s legs to open the pelvis and create comfort; Atom baby “warmers”, the carts to facilitate any emergency care needed w/ no time lapse.

1. Are all the TV commercials that promote term life insurance credible? (Not necessarily. The commercial leaves out a lot of variables that you probably won’t quality for. He specializes in term life. The longer the term the more expensive it is. Least expensive way to go.)
– REPORT on mortgage insurance. Is outside of the loan of your house. Best to discuss w/ Dennis. Usually need 5 to 10% of your annual income for your death benefit. Best to get a 30-year term. Over 65 should get a 10 to 15-year term.
– REPORT that only 2% of all policies are paid out. Buy term and invest the rest.
– REPORT that Ascend Insurance sends out reminders for your insurance important dates.
