3. Scientists in Greece say red wine, light beer, tequila and whisky unclog livers and boost metabolism???? (Lindsey COULD NOT FIND THIS STUDY…moderation in all things. Alcohol in excess in NOT GOOD. U.S. guidelines say; Men should not have more than 2 drinks a day and women 1 drink a day. A part of our culture. Pure alcohol is good. Don’t’ add sugar. Stick to the drier reds and white wines. Do NOT drink on an empty stomach.)
4.A strange, sour melting mineral relieves receding and bleeding gums? (You really need the minerals and leafy greens in your diet to protest your gums to help w/ the connective tissue in your gums. Do not over due it.)

– DISCUSSION that these “haunting” spirits were acquainted w/ the living person when they were alive.

– DISCUSSION of the fact that “heaven” is different dimensions. If you die w/ a clean conscience you don’t have to go thru the 12 levels. These people can come “back and forth” to help you.
