– DISCUSSION that they are a modern French bistro w/ a California touch. The restaurant is very small and boutique-like.
– “SMART AND SMALL” menu w/ lots of French dishes. i.e. escargot and steak tartar etc.
– DISCUSSION of his small but wonderful wine list. Not confusing this way. He has a great connection w/ the folks in Napa. He has BETTER wines BY THE GLASS.
