1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.

1. Is there really a drug to help short-term memory loss as they say on TV? (If you really have a form of Dementia, “NO”. Perhaps a supplement might help keep you sharp and are OTC.)
2. Is red wine really good for you and your heart as Joey is always saying? (There is an ingredient in red wine that is an anti-oxidant that is probably good for you. The AHA says red wine every so often is good for your heart. Moderation in all things.)
3. Is tap water safe to drink? (When DWA is on the show they mention how often it is tested. So YES.)
4. Is there any product THAT REALLY grows hair? (FDA has approved several things that are said to work. Those require prescriptions. These have hormonal influences. Some are specifically for men. Same cause of hair loss in men and women.)
5. Should I read the cholesterol numbers on food products? (Yes, VERY IMPORTANT. Watch for trans-fats/saturated fats etc., Great risk of heart problems. Cause blockage.)
6. What is autism spectrum disorder? (The neurons in your brain don’t communicate between each other. When one has autism, the neurons are not fully developed or may be misfiring. One has it their whole life. Symptoms start to show from 1 to 3 years old. Never goes away.)

7. Is microwaving your food safe? (Yes, it’s safe, doesn’t make your food radioactive!!!! Microwave makes the water molecules in food warm. DISCUSSION of air-frying that is faster and uses hot air to cook food. If you want to cook, use the air-fryer and to just warm up food, use the microwave.)
8. Do cell phones cause brain cancer? (Not confirmed. Also causing sterility in men when they put their phone in their pants pockets. Women put their cell phones in their purses. Also said the same about men using their lap tops on their laps.)

J.- MISSION is for the Community to come together and be good to each other.
C.- REPORT that he will be doing something @ the Cultural Center in April.
C. REPORT on his new role and how the Food Bank has been enlarged. Serves 325 families A WEEK. Depends on the community. Lots of Seniors on fixed incomes. Families too.

C. DISCUSSION that the Food Bank is not geared to homeless. Of the 325 a week they serve only 10 are homeless. Need to remove the stigma about needing something.

Helps w/ joint support, stress and pain. Can add aromatherapy and music therapy. Improves sleep. Increases circulation and healthy bowels. Located @ Barkingham Pet Hotel. She’s working on a video.
