3. Younger and younger Americans are getting cancer? Why? (Yes, between the ages of 30 – 39. 3% mostly in women. Thyroid a very prevalent type. GI cancer highest increase in all segments of the population. Blacks and whites have stable numbers. Cause thought to be associated w/ smoking and now more about obesity. )
4. Who decides who gets an autopsy? (Typically determined by a medical examiner or coroner. Here’s who gets one;
1. A violent or unexpected death.
2. Employment deaths.
3. Alcohol involved deaths.
4. If cremation or burial @ sea is going to happen.
5. Death w/out an MD present.
6. If you die w/in 24 hours of being released from hospital.
7. If there is a health threat. i.e. Alzheimers.
8. If the cause of death cannot be determined any other way.

2. A gal is suing a doctor for “fast-tracking” her gender identity surgery? (She was a young woman, had surgery to become a trans-man and wants to go back to being a woman. She has a possible case there. There should possibly be therapy, counseling, a review board and she wasn’t over 18.)
3. What is SB86? (A law that was passed and signed by the governor in July. Provides a resource center for victims of crimes.)
4. Someone is suing Taco Bell because there was not enough meat in the tacos? (Frivolous lawsuit. Go somewhere else!!! Not certain of the basis of this lawsuit.)
5. Is there a class action suit against Google? (Google was sharing your google information on to the advertiser. They were selling their “list”. Not an invasion of privacy. Felt Google had not disclosed that they were going to “share” your search info.)
