– REPORT that Robert’s expertise is in Consumer Bankruptcy, #7 and #13. Now he’s very busy. No more moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. He does wills, probate and estate planning. He is on a TV webinar explaining trusts on KESQ early Sat., morning.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”.
1. Is it legal for AI to replace actors in the movies? (That’s what the strike is all about…AI can replace faces in the background can happen. Is great technology. Famous people “own” their own likeness).
2. A gal is suing a doctor for “fast-tracking” her gender identity surgery? (She was a young woman, had surgery to become a trans-man and wants to go back to being a woman. She has a possible case there. There should possibly be therapy, counseling, a review board and she wasn’t over 18.)
3. What is SB86? (A law that was passed and signed by the governor in July. Provides a resource center for victims of crimes.)
4. Someone is suing Taco Bell because there was not enough meat in the tacos? (Frivolous lawsuit. Go somewhere else!!! Not certain of the basis of this lawsuit.)
5. Is there a class action suit against Google? (Google was sharing your google information on to the advertiser. They were selling their “list”. Not an invasion of privacy. Felt Google had not disclosed that they were going to “share” your search info.)
