(It is, but just like you need to show your age to buy liquor, i.e. if you want to eat @ a certain place, you MUST show your vaccination status. Law says no one can access your personal medical information w/out your permission. re; Rock Hudson’s case)

2. If you got the wrong mail IN YOUR MAILBOX, can you destroy it? (If it’s junk mail, probably….but if it is address to someone, not sure. If there’s NO RETURN address??? If there’s a RETURN ADDRESS just put “not @ this address” and put it back in the mailbox).

1. Someone passed away and NO ONE knew the password to his phone where ALL his information was stored.
2. A living trust is not just a “fill in the blanks” document. Robert had a client who was named the trustee for a trust but it had been done by a Para Legal w/ a living trust program and DIDN’T do everything that needed to be done. Due to circumstances there was NO live heir. Then the estate GOES TO THE STATE.

– REPORT that he is an Interior/Lifestyle Designer….not just new but an environment that is customized. Especially since EVERYTHING is being done under your roof now, due to Covid.
– DISCUSSION of the backlog of materials he has to deal with and at least the fact that he has connections for getting things delivered….went from 6 weeks to 7 months!!!!
– DISCUSSION that there will probably be 4 more price increases THIS YEAR. How he protects clients from all of this.
– DISCUSSION of how Dann can “shift gears” and get things done for his clients.
– REPORT on his television appearances.
– DISCUSSION that he likes to do things “in a big way”. Also, how you can DO IT YOURSELF. On the website, there is lots of show and tell offerings.

– REPORT that George & Paris Kessinger are very Civic Minded. That comes from the way they were raised and by listening to the people.
– REPORT on the “games” he has @ “Crazy Mel’s” for both adults and kids. i.e. the biggest chess set in Palm Springs, checkers, hop-scotch.
– DISCUSSION that they are open 10 ish in the morning to 8 PM. Except on the weekends, when they stay open as long as there are customers.
– REPORT that “Crazy Mel’s” is pet and kid friendly. Lemonade and ice teas.
– REPORT that even though they are a “hamburger joint” (made from brisket, rib and chuck meat) they have a FULL bar. Draft beers, bottled beers, signature cocktails, Hollywood cocktails, etc.
– REPORT that they have “grab-n-go”.
– REPORT that the sweet potato fries are SO POPULAR.
– REPORT that if you go inside the restaurant you must wear your mask until you sit down and begin to eat/drink. Must show proof of vaccination.

– REPORT THAT if you test positive NOW, quarantine for 5 days, then if you have no symptoms, take another test and wear a mask for the next 5 days.
– REPORT that if you ARE EXPOSED to someone who is positive (more than 15 minutes in an enclosed space to a positive person) and IF YOU ARE VACCINATED and BOOSTED, you do NOT need to quarantine.
