– MISSION STATEMENT; Dementia Help Center is the rescue plan for family caregivers. Offer individual and family coaching, personalized planning, care management and placement when the time comes. Fear cripples, but knowledge empowers. Strive to educate, inform and manage the disease and then to thrive.
– REPORT that 64% of family members who care for Dementia/Alzheimer’s patients will develop CHRONIC ILLNESSES of their own and frequently DIE before the patient they are caring for. NOW there is NO CONVERSATION as opposed to other illnesses where the patient can still talk and understand.

8. Stick to their routine as much as possible.
9. Take advantage of available perks when traveling by air.
10. Introduce a new “tradition”.

1. What is CKD? (Chronic Kidney Disease. Very serious, different levels; caused by cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, some medications. There are treatments. Test w/ blood or urine test.)
2. What is trintellix? (A relatively new drug for the treatment of depression. Requires a prescription. Depression causes you to sleep more, eat more, anxiety. All side effects of something.)
3. Are beets good for all the things the TV commercials say? (Beets are good for many things.)
– REPORT that you can become a patient w/ a yearly fee, or she can bill Medicare, and her visits are charged to insurance.
– REPORT that she can write prescriptions. Even for bio-identical hormones as well.
