– DISCUSSION of the origin and naming of the project because of the loss of his precious son Elisha on Ap.,20, 2024 @ only 12 years old.
– DISCUSSION of the “clothes” aspect. Elisha was @ Desert Christian Academy and said a week before his death that he wanted to help kids get clothes so they would be more confident in life.
– DISCUSSION of what Billy Graham said about “what Heaven will be like”. Matt had a “vision” about this and what Elisha will be doing in Heaven.
– REPORT on how he believes God “sees” us.
– REPORT that now they are a 501C3, as of May of ‘25, but started under the banner of Desert Christian Academy.
– REPORT on how the monies are distributed; $300 ( the amount Elisha had in his piggy bank when he passed) for each child to spend on clothing.
– DISCUSSION of how successful their fund-raising has been. A blessing and they have helped over 100 children so far.

1. If you get a CA. Driver’s License to operate a truck and you hit and kill someone in another state, who is to blame? (The owner of the truck that has hired you. You can get a DL several languages in CA. There are over 200 in CA.)
2. What’s the latest for the Menendez Brothers and their parole? (Both the brothers had their parole TURNED DOWN. They will be eligible again in 3 years.)
3. Can you drive barefoot? (Yes, there is no law in CA. about this question at all)
4. If you accidentally tear a bill in two can you scotch tape it and still have it be good? (Yes, Robert did it.)

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.

5. What is my “right to privacy”? (There is NOTHING in the Constitution about a “right to privacy”!!!! 3rd, 4th 5th and 8th amendments deal w/ some aspects of same. Some rules to govern privacy;
