1. A Restaurant evicted a family because their child was unruly. Can they do that? (Yes, can’t disturb all the other patrons. Not age discrimination and not against freedom of speech. You can’t evict on the basis of race, religion etc., but bad kids, YES)
2. Define spousal abuse. Is it possible for a female to commit spousal abuse? (Yes, woman can abuse both physically and verbally for CERTAIN. Applies to gay relationships also. Use to be common and allowed that a husband could beat his wife. Since CA. does not have Common Law marriage, YOU MUST BE MARRIED to commit spousal abuse.)
3. What are the details of the Supreme Court deciding whether hospitals MUST perform life-saving abortions? (Comes from Texas that says NO ABORTIONS. Came from a case where a mother was going to die and baby was NOT going to live. Hospital in Texas WOULD NOT PERFORM AN ABORTION, so she went out of state to get one. Has to do w/ federal funds that hospital may or may not get.)

1. Personal bankruptcy.There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either a chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.

1. Is black coffee better for you than coffee w/ sweetner, sugar or creamer?. (All coffee is good for you. Things you ad don’t change coffee much. 3 cups a day and over is GOOD FOR YOU; 6 cups a day & over is BAD FOR YOU. Each cup of coffee you drink decreases your risk of Type 2 Diabetes by 11%.)
2. Should you carry baby aspirin in case of a stroke or heart issue?? (Because baby aspirin has a blood-thinning effect folks think it is good if you have a cardian event. BUT all aspirin has a risk of bleeding.)

3. Is there a PROBIOTIC that will do the same as Ozempic? (Ozempic is by prescription ONLY and is used for the management of diabetes but has a big impact for weight loss. Ozempic increases a hormone called GLP1. So there was a study in the Journal of Nature that showed other ways of increasing the GLP1 hormone in your gut w/ OTC preparations. Fecal Transplants are done on a regular basis in this regard. Watch out for things that aren’t tested or have not been thru clinical trials. Fiber in your diet will increase your GLP1.)
5. Can using medical Marijuana be bad for your heart but good for pain? (Yes, it’s good for pains. Study @ Stanford & AHA show that marijuana causes inflammation in heartblood vessel walls. Chronic use of marijuana is the cause of side-effects and inflammation. Side effects on your heart up to 3 hours after marijuana use. Vaping has additives that do not belong in the lung and end up smoking cigarettes )
