3. Will a low-calorie diet reverse diabetes? (Yes. 500 million folks in the world w/ Type 2 Diabetes. i.e. they are insulin resistant. Liver gets fat. Associated w/ obesity. 1200 calories a day on this diet. You will lose 1 to 2 lbs. per week and the fat will go away and the insulin resistance goes away. The Mediterranean Diet is a good one for this. You can possibly get OFF the meds.)
4. Are ultra-processed foods as addictive as smoking? (Yes. Food addiction study. Rated high processed foods…i.e. chips. On a food addition scale; 19% alcohol; 18% smoking; 14% processed foods.)
