5. Our brains work like computers; we store everything in our subconscious mind and become depressed.
6. Talk BACK to those harmful thoughts and messages, or I will claim them.
7. Thoughts are very real and important and affect every cell in your body; every thought causes your brain to release chemicals and they can be negative or positive depending on the thought.

Seg 2 – “Legal Eagle” Segment
LISTEN TO THE COMPLETE SHOW FOR DETAILS OF SUBJECTS DISCUSSED IN THIS INTERVIEW.
LAW OFFICES OF ROBERT L. FIRTH w/ Robert Firth re: 68910 Adelina Road, Cathedral City, CA. 92234.
– DISCUSSION of the legal system and court goings-on in New York. Report that the prosecution has a hard case to make.
– DISCUSSION of the Stormy Daniels testimony.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”
1. The 80,000 former Boy Scouts who reported being abused “after the fact”? (Several states opened up their “statute of limitations” so that charges can always be filed. Boy Scouts of America filed BK. Same thing happened w/ Catholic Church. Boy Scouts reached a global settlement.)
2. Federal judges have said they will not hire clerks that have attended Colombia, due to the protests? (Federal Judges can have 3 or 4 clerks. How the system has worked up to now, some judges rotate the clerks, others have a permanent clerk. Depends on the Federal Judge, not a blanket statement. Clerks are really needed. How can they determine who protested and who didn’t. All who apply to clerk have an FBI background check too.)
– FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either a chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.

Cont. LAW OFFICES OF ROBERT L. FIRTH w/ Robert Firth re: 68910 Adelina Road, Cathedral City, CA. 92234.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”
3. How will the proposed “identification” system in order to vote be implemented? (“When you register to vote you have to prove your citizenship. Not w/ a Driver’s license. New CA. driver’s license you DO have to establish citizenship. Some states say you must NOW prove YOUR CITIZENSHIP.)
4. What is Title 9? (Signed into law in 1972 by Pres. Nixon. An amendment to address gender equality saying that ANY institution that receives Federal funding cannot have any discrimination between men and women, especially in sports scholarships. Majority of scholarships were giving to men, so equal amount of scholarships had to be given out to women as well, accounting for the growth in women’s sports.)
5. How does Title 9 impact young women being uncomfortable sharing a locker room w/ biological men? (Doesn’t really. Modesty in our culture is a different issue. Title 9 doesn’t apply here.)
– DISCUSSION that the Dept., of Ed and the Dept., of Justice have come up w/ this rule for discharging Student Loans; 1. Decide if you are a candidate w/ a lawyer. 2. Then go through all the students loan records. 3. If you can show you do not have the ability to pay the loan and won’t have it in the future and tried to pay it but can’t. Then you can possibly get your student loan dismissed.
