QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”.
1. Is there any truth to the phrase “fat on your ass, you’re made to last; fat on your gut, you’re out of luck.? (Yes, there is actually some real basis in fact. Different “kinds” of fat in those two places. Fat on your gut can be a precursor to heart disease etc. Harder to get rid of fat on your stomach, than fat on your hips).
2. Is there now a blood test to predict Alzheimers years ahead of symptoms? (Yes, what a boom this will be rather than an “in person” interview to diagnose Alzheimers. Discovered by an undergraduate @ the University of Washington!!!!)
3. Should we rinse the tops of any “pull top cans”? (Yes, probably. That’s why wine bottles have some sort of screw top or cork on them).
