1. Was Amazon charged w/ racial issues? (Yes, happens quite a bit. Still in the court system. Non-union shops, such as Amazon especially get sued.)
2. What was the legal dynamic of the issue w/ Graceland? (Was a real estate “hack” for a foreclosure. A judge returned Graceland to the Presley family and saw it as bogus. The company w/ a lawyer from Nigeria, pursuing the foreclosure had no address, phone number etc,)
3. Is CA. going to tax drivers “by the mile”? (CA. has the highest gas tax, increased registration fees for money to fund upkeep on roads. But electric vehicles aren’t paying the same gas tax, so this is an idea to cover that. How will this be monitored?)

– FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.

1. What about those open shelves in kitchens, are they still “in vogue”? (Yes they definitely are!! MOST IMPORTANT is to keep it clean. Don’t put them on either side of your range due to grease. MUST BE ORGANIZED.)
– DISCUSSION of cutting out the center panel of kitchen cabinets. Dann recommends putting glass, frosted glass, metal mesh. Dann recommends putting a light inside these new exposed cabinets. Make certain light can get thru the shelves inside and isn’t blocked by a shelf or bigger bowls etc. Dann recommends just doing this for upper cabinets. Bottom cabinets are mostly for storage AND DRAWERS ARE A BETTER IDEA BELOW.
