– DISCUSSION of her volunteer work for DAP Health, but specifically the Archive Project.
– DEFINITION of the Archive Project. David Brinkman’s idea. Since this is the 40th year of DAP. David wanted the records of the past preserved.
– REPORT on how Diane is finding the records to archive. All kinds of records; events, legal, medical, communication, etc. DAP was founded in 1984 as the Community Counseling and Consultation Center.

7. Soon to open the 2nd affordable housing complex for folks w/ chronic illnesses.

2. An outbreak of West Nile Virus here? (Yes, here in the Western U.S. Only carried by certain mosquitos. Las Vegas is having an all-time high outbreak. Coachella Valley has a 10-fold increase. No medication and no vaccine.)
3. What does uric acid do to extend life if anything? (Uric Acid gets rid of the waste in your body. Too much will cause gout. IT DOES NOT EXTEND LIFE.)

4. What about the bad air quality in the CV? (Air quality in the CV in the last 9 months is the worst it has EVER been. The air is actually NOT DIFFERENT than it was 10 years ago, SO PM10 is bigger particles that float in the air and obstruct vision, but the dangerous ones are the PM2.9 and below can get into your lungs. Constitutions and immune systems come into play. You carry genetic risk factors which a good immune system keeps suppressed. Therefore, lung issues happen when your body can’t work @ it’s optimal level due to an incompetent immune system. So therefore, the air looks bad, but is not BAD.)
5. What happens to your arteries if you eat cashews every day? (Almonds, walnut, pistachios and cashews are all VERY HEALTHY. Cashews lower your blood pressure, lower your cholesterol, improve heart and vascular heart.)
6. INTERNET ADDICTION report last week? (A thank you from a Joey Pal about the facts Dr. Hodgkins shared. Has never been proven safe for children. If a child spends more than 3 hours on social media. 1). 2 times more anxiety. 2). 2 times more depression. 3). 4 times more health issues.)
