– REPORT on almost 18 years in this location and his family fare…folks share the larger dishes.
– REPORT on the busy time NOW, still needs to hire workers. How busy Palm Springs is. “Maracas” is working on a new liquor menu, possibly extending hours, etc. Would love a bigger kitchen!!!
– REPORT that “Maracas” is open 7 days a week; 11 AM to 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.
– DISCUSSION that Todd is doing more business than EVER.
– REPORT that “J.T’s” is 7 years old. Super busy. Just breakfast service right now
