– DISCUSSION of the Dann Foley club chair he designed for Joey’s bedroom (the cathouse.) to reflect on the chairs from the Mike Douglas and Merv Griffin TV Shows Joey did. lol.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”
1. What can I do for my driveway? (Especially here in the desert there are lots of things. Weather issues come into play. If you can afford it: pavers. Then there is also sand, gravel. Part grass in a checkerboard pattern, desert gold sand. Gravel is great too. Sand and gravel “settle in” w/ use.)
– REPORT on Dann’s brand-new book 1st advanced copy of “It’s All In The Mix; Design Ideas for Living Well”.
– REPORT that Dann’s book is available now for pre-order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Also you can call (760) 322-2268 and be sent a link.
– DISCUSSION that it is part auto-biographical. A lovely coffee-table book to refer to often. 
Even a chapter on costs. A chapter on “before and after” which is wonderful.
– DISCUSSION of some of the chapters. They are arranged by “room”. Photos are of houses all across the country and Canada. Dann took many of the international photos in the Travel and Inspiration chapter.
– REPORT that summer colors might be; those pastel Easter-like colors. Flip side is warm earth-tones of the 70’s. Brown, sweet potato reds, oranges, greens.
