1. What is the difference between regulations and laws? (Laws come from statues and legislation; both federal and state. Regulations come from agencies that are created under the jurisdiction of the Executive Branch to govern other aspects of our lives.)
2. What is Chevron Doctrine as it applies to fishing? (Hold over from Chevron being upset w/ something from the EPA (Chevron vs EPA 1983) and they sued up to the Supreme Court…who said the agency HAD THE AUTHORITY to do what they did. Some folks thought this went too far. Now the fishing industry is governed by several agencies.)
3. Why are funny road signs banned in PA? (PA. said only government agencies could post distractive signs. Lady Bird Johnson pushed to ban billboards on Federal Highways.)
