4. What about AI posting “nude” photos of celebrities? (Robert isn’t certain YET, and there will be classes he will have to take to deal with it. Also, hard to tell who posted it. So far no regulations.)
5. If a person verbally tells you what they want done w/ their property AFTER they die, is it a legal will? (No. A formal will has to be signed and dated and witnessed by 2 folks NOT related to you. Video tape is not allowed in CA. There is a holographic will allowed in CA. that MUST be written in YOUR HAND WRITING in its entirety. Does not have to be witnessed or dated.)

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either a chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.
