Discussing two issues and reasons rates are going up – Private plumbing leaks and DWA pipes leaks. Water only after 7 PM and before 7 AM. No watering for 48 hours after the rain. Put in a FREE “smart” irrigation meter and installation and programming is FREE now too. Other water agencies have similar programs. Buy back program pays $1 sq. foot to replace grass w/desert landscape. DWA started a YouTube channel in 2016.
