3. DISCUSSION of the latest in the old case of the murder in Aruba? (The guilty man was ultimately jailed in Peru FOR a different murder. From Peru sent a letter to Natalie’s parents that incriminated him in her murder, but the statute of limitations in Aruba HAD RUN OUT for murder, but he WAS be prosecuted for extortion in the U.S. He was sent back to Peru.).
4. EXPLAIN the 5th amendment. How often can it be used, are there ever any consequences and how to prove the infraction. (You can NOT be made to testify AGAINST YOURSELF. EXCEPTIONS; if you are pardoned, you can NEVER take the 5th. Double Jeopardy says you cannot be tried for the same crime twice, BUT there can be differences in State and Federal offenses for the same crime.)

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.

1. Can you get lung cancer if you don’t smoke? (Yes, even from secondary smoke. Df. of Valley Fever from peat dirt. Farmers get this. Coal miners also.)
2. What is Lyme Disease? (You get it mostly from deer tick. Not much of it here in CV. More prevalent in wooded areas or if are hiking. Presents as a classic rash that looks like a bull’s eye. Can become chronic. There are treatments.)
3. Can you take TOO MANY vitamins? (Absolutely, especially if you take too much of one specific one. You can also get a vitamin deficiency, which is more prevalent than vitamin overdose.)
4.What is the “Inspire” gadget? (For folks w/ sleep apnea. Is an implanted device for folks w/ CPAP.)
5. Is there a new virus coming from China? (Yes, there’s a new virus IN CHINA, caused by mosquitoes.)
