“JOI LANSING, A BODY TO DIE FOR: A LOVE STORY” w/ Alexis Hunter re: .
– History of the films/tv shows etc., that Joi appeared in. She was a pin-up girl, model, singer etc.,
– Alexis and Joi were lovers before that was politically correct. They met in 1969 on the set of the movie “Bigfoot”.
– Joi died @ 43 from cancer in 1972 possibly caused by the breast silicone injections she had in order to compete w/ the blonde bombshells of the day and an open prescription for estrogen.
– Joi was dating Sinatra @ the time and both had the silicone injections.
– Silicone can “migrate” throughout the body.
– Can get the book @ Amazon or Barnes & Noble. It’s an e-book and audio book as well.

– The site has a list/planting/irrigation guide for what will grow in the Desert.
– 10/27 – 13th Annual FREE Community Garden Day @ UCR Palm Desert Campus @ 8 AM.
– 20 classes/presentations will be offered.
– Kids programs.
– 15 Vendor partners as well.
– Classes are inside and vendors and food are outside in the shade.
– Dirt on your hands is really good for you.
