Cont. LAW OFFICES OF ROBERT L. FIRTH w/ Robert Firth re: 68910 Adelina Road, Cathedral City, CA. 92234.
– Cont. QUESTIONS from Joey Pals.
3. Can you break the law to save a life? (Completely “fact dependent”. The levels of review; 1. Policeman. 2. Prosecutor. 3. Jury nullification.)
4. What is the difference between “hate speech” and “free speech”. You CANNOT yell FIRE in a crowded theater. Hate speech incites eminent lawless action.
Burning the American Flag is FREE speech.)
– FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.
