2. Are the systems THE SAME on a phone and a computer? (A little bit different because they have different operating systems. Upgrades make your phone go SLOWER.)

4. Got a notice that AOL is NOT doing dial-up anymore, what does that mean? (You should move from dial-up to high speed. Dial-up is dead.)
