1. Should I always “upgrade” when my phone and computer tell me to. (Not necessarily. If everything is working ok, don’t upgrade. Watch out for hidden costs. Sometimes if you upgrade, other systems QUIT working. Good for security upgrades for the most part.)
2. Are the systems THE SAME on a phone and a computer? (A little bit different because they have different operating systems. Upgrades make your phone go SLOWER.)
3. How often should you have a phone checked? (Wait until something ISN’T WORKING)
4. Got a notice that AOL is NOT doing dial-up anymore, what does that mean? (You should move from dial-up to high speed. Dial-up is dead.)
