Cont. 3. What is lymph fluid? (Watery fluid that moves through your lymphatic system. Lymph collects fluids from your tissues and returns them to your blood. Waste products exit the brain via a whole system for lymph fluid, just like the system for blood flow. Has to do w/ the liver and GI track. People sometimes wear compression garments to help with symptoms. Affects the immune system.)
4. Are eggs good or bad for your memory? (Good. They contain Vitamins B and B12. Also helps keep your brain healthy and fight cognitive decline. Play a large role in eye health.)
