1. What is Section 5101 as it pertains to Social Security? (Defines how to file for Social Security, how to fill out the application and if something is wrong how to fix it. Harder to file for S.S. Disability Income)
2. What process revokes a green card? (Nothing officially revokes a green card. If you commit fraud, commit domestic violence or commit a crime or moral turpitude.)

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
– REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.
