5. What is my “right to privacy”? (There is NOTHING in the Constitution about a “right to privacy”!!!! 3rd, 4th 5th and 8th amendments deal w/ some aspects of same. Some rules to govern privacy;
1. Reasonable expectation of privacy
2. No intentional intrusion into your

4. Lack of public interests
5. No emotional harm
6. No inappropriate use of your likeness
7. Cast no false light

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or last 3 years of income taxes. Or a Chapter 13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. A Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700 credit score in a year if you do what he says.
