– MISSION STATEMENT: Because living life after cancer is tough. To inspire, inform, empower and help heal cancer survivors and their families through health, fitness and mind-body connection.
– REPORT that Shay’s Warriors provides tools and “Coffee and Connections” for support. Reminds folks to do their “self-care”. For cancer survivors and their support system.
– REPORT that Shay started this organization in 2017 because she is living “life after cancer”.
– DISCUSSION of how life changes after cancer.
– REPORT that now she has a “Yo Bro” I AM BRAVE TOO group. Meets every 6 to 8 weeks.
– DISCUSSION of Coffee and Connection; 1st Sat., of every month @ Sottovoce Café and Wine Bar in Palm Desert. FREE.
– DISCUSSION of the “Move to Heal” classes in partnership w/ Eisenhower Health.

3. Nov., 6, – Gardens on El Paseo on the front lawn there will be FREE Thurs., “Move to Heal” classes from 9 to 10 AM. Yoga, meditation etc., FREE TO ANYONE. Register on line. Bring water, a mat, a towel etc.,
