– REPORT on the renovations @ Manhattan In The Desert. New owners, new bar (bar bites, sports scene bar) w/ great Happy Hour w/ drinks and food, 5 TV’s.
– DISCUSSION of the NEW AMERICAN POPE from Chicago.
– REPORT that the bakery is STILL there.
– REPORT that the budget for new booths, lighting, ceiling, patio, etc. was $750,000. Kept the restaurant open during the remodeling. Worked all night.
– REPORT that the restaurant was there 21 years on Sept., 15, ’25.
– REPORT on the location and SUMMER HOURS as of June 1; weekdays 10 AM TO 8:30 PM and weekends 8 AM to 8:30 PM. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
