– REPORT that Hot Yoga Plus has been open 5 years. Lots of activities for 2024. She gets busier now. Lots of Bachelorette Parties. Also some bachelor parties.
– DESCRIPTION of what goes on for a bachelor party.
– DISCUSSION of the full Pole Fitness Workshop @ Hot Yoga on May 3 from 6 – 8 PM.
– REPORT that the newest thing is “Pole Fitness Discovery”. They have 10 poles and 7 teachers.
– REPORT that they now have trapeze classes w/ 15 trapezes.
– DISCUSSION of “Pole Fitness Discovery” and what the class entails. Up to levels 3 and 4. Beginners are welcome.
– QUESTION FROM A “JOEY PAL”
1. What class would I take as a beginner? (Any of the classes are appropriate for a beginner. AnnMarie will be certain you will be okay w/ the really hot yoga. She questions a new student thoroughly.)
– REPORT that her oldest student is 92.
– REPORT that HOT YOGA PLUS is open 7 days a week. 7:45 AM to 7:30 PM. Even in the Summer.
– REPORT that HOT YOGA PLUS PALM SPRINGS is the only studio w/ Pole Fitness Discovery.
– REPORT that there are work-out clothes etc., for purchase there as well as gift certificates.
