1. Why is my insurance going up so high? (That is happening across the boards. Many companies aren’t even writing new policies. Dennis can still get you a good deal. To some extent it may switch back.)
– REPORT that people are suing more and more now and also contributes to the rising rates.
– DISCUSSION that Dennis is writing a lot of insurance for manufactured homes and vacation rental properties.
– REPORT that whenever you call in a claim, whether it’s paid or not, it goes on your record.
