– REPORT on recording from P.S. Air Bar. During the busy Holiday time.
– DISCUSSION of coming changes in the New Year.
– DESCRIPTION of the interior of the building. First is the “duty-free” Bouschet Wine Store, then up the ramp to the restaurant…the interior of an aircraft. i.e. US Air seats in first class and coach.
– REPORT that will concentrate on just wine in Bouschet.
– DISCUSSION of the Bouschet Wine Society monthly wine club. 2 price categories. $40. For 2 bottles of wine and also $80. For 2 bottles of wine.
– REPORT on how to have a special event there. Report on Steve Kanold’s Travel Club of the Desert’s luncheon that was held there Dec., 12.
– DISCUSSION of the interior. Real airline Southwest 737 seats and décor.
– REPORT on the retail wine store. Boutique wines. Sandwich bar there too and that kitchen serves the entire property. New flatbreads etc.
– REPORT that Servers are dressed as flight attendants.
– REPORT on entertainment schedule available, check on-line. i.e. Movie night on Tues., etc., i.e. Wed., is Keisha D.
