1. What’s this about Google losing an antitrust suit?
(Not in the US that he is aware of. They did lose one in Europe.)
2. Explain what a subpoena is. (Subpoena means “under penalty”. Says YOU MUST appear and give testimony and/or bring documents. Courts have the power of arrest and prosecution and/or holding one in contempt if you don’t honor a subpoena.)
3. What are the implications of the statute of limitations? (Rule passed by the state that says after this date, you can no longer prosecute this crime. Time runs from WHEN the act was discovered, not committed. Murder NEVER runs out; sexual assault of a child runs until the child is 40, etc.)
