– DISCUSSION that DAP Health has put the first FREE Harm Reduction Vending Machine in Hunters on Arenas. Addresses drug addiction and overdose issues. i.e. Narcam is available for FREE as well.
– REPORT on the fact that all this is part of an effort to “reduce the risk” of harm to all humans.
