– REPORT that he just returned from the Paris Home Show. The designs in Paris are 18 months ahead of us.
– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”
1. What will Feng Shui focus on for Fall? (The ancient practice is meant to bring joy, contentment to your surroundings. It’s about good design. Focus on the view, let light in, conversation areas are elements.)
– DISCUSSION that if you don’t enjoy going into a room, IT’S NOT REALLY YOU.
2. Are there new kitchen colors now? (Kitchen design takes a long time to change. White kitchens are passe’. Now you can add color. Mix it up. Back to wood cabinets again. Just change the backsplash!!!!)
3. Popcorn Ceilings? (BIG NO NO. Can take them down as a DIY.)
4. What about wood floors now? (NEVER OUT OF STYLE. Don’t take it too gray. Lighter wood now.)
