1. Of all the diets advertised on TV, which one is best. (Number one doctor recommend Weight Watchers. More people lose weight on WW than any other diet. D.O.H.C. has a dietary program that is multi-pronged. These changes need to be made over time. Go-Lo requires money and that you buy their appetite suppressant. NOOM is also out there and also costs money.)
