– DISCUSSION of Flower of the Month of August is the Poppy and Gladiolus. Poppies come in several colors.
– DISCUSSION of the arrangement that they brought to the show today w/ natural colored orange roses, spray roses, tulips, etc.
– DISCUSSION of all the services they provide.
– DISCUSSION of how to keep flowers fresh i.e. w/ alum powder and change the water daily. Use COLD water or put an ice cube in the water. Make certain the water is topped off.
– REPORT that they do FDT, International order etc., EVERYTHING.
– REPORT that they also have house plants.
– REPORT that they offer subscriptions to deliver either to homes, offices, or sweethearts. Either monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, etc.
– REPORT that they will be closed from Aug., 7 to Sept., 11.
