2. What about no bail? (You are innocent until proven guilty and SO bail is to make certain you SHOW up for court. CA. is a pretty STRONG bail state).
3. Are parents libel for the criminal activity of their minor children? (As a rule. NO to criminal issues, NOR civil issues.  The case in MI. has extenuating circumstances though.)
