– DISCUSSION of the different rules from the CDC, the County, the State and the City.
– DISCUSSION of diets over Christmas Time.  Know your own body’s preference and DO NOT THINK of diets @ this time of year.
– REPORT on tips for over Christmas…
1. that if you put your fork in your “non-dominate” hand you will consume 30% fewer calories.
2. that if you put your fork down after each bite.
3. you don’t have to be a member of the “clean plate” club anymore.
