– REPORT that Hot Yoga Plus has been open 5 years. Lots of activities for 2024.
– BEST FOOT FORWARD Spa has 14 rooms.
– DISCUSSION of massages for your feet and how important they are. All their scrubs and massages. With 5 masseuses.
– DISCUSSION of the full Pole Fitness Workshop @ Hot Yoga on May 3 from 6 – 8 PM. Only $45 for Earlybird registration on-line.
– REPORT that the newest thing is “Pole Fitness Discovery”. They have 10 poles and 7 teachers.
– REPORT that they now have trapeze classes w/ 15 trapezes.
– DISCUSSION of “Pole Fitness Discovery” and what the class entails. Up to levels 3 and 4. Beginners are welcome.
– REPORT that HOT YOGA PLUS is open 7 days a week. 7:45 AM to 7:30 PM. Even in the Summer.
