Parade got too big to run South to North, so now it runs North to South. The theme will be “B You – in Palm Springs.” The budget is $100,000. For the Parade.

– DISCUSSION of Pride 2024. The weekend BEFORE the election. Oct., 31 to Nov., 3. He plans for it all year round. Human rights issues are important. Partner w/ the community. Tourism issues
