– DISCUSSION that both sides of media have such bias.
– FALSE, MISLEADING REPORT that the LAW governing commissions is going to change…COMMISSION STRUCTURE has NEVER been a law. Not federal or state LAW EVER. It is an agreement.
– REPORT that the most important question is “what is the client looking for” and then the realtor must determine the “value” of what is needed.
– REPORT that Brady can supply the following among many things;
A full time cleaning company, colored photography, aerial drones, etc., etc., and those services determine the commission programs.
– REPORT that the services Brady supplies differ if a listing is for a house that is completely furnished, etc. Each state does things differently.
