5. Why should you go barefoot inside? (Actually the U.S. is one of the few nations where there is not a “no shoe policy in the house”. Has to do w/ all the bacteria, dirt, virus possibly on the soles of your shoes.)
6. What is hyperemesis-gravidarum? (Extreme morning sickness in pregnant women. Can be a medical emergency. Don’t really know what causes it. Increase in HGH in 1st 10 weeks. Associated w/ premature births. May need hospitalization. May need IV’s/drugs. More common in first pregnancies. Can have a family history. )
7. Is every blue-eyed person descendant from the same person? (Yes, back 10,000 years ago, everyone had brown eyes, then a mutation occurred to give someone blue eyes and the green eyes are in the middle.)
8. Does spanking change a child’s brain in a permanent way? (Yes, the part of the brain that senses fear.)
