1. A teen died after getting breast implants. Is anyone libel? (Maybe. And a signed consent to operate may have a bearing).
2. Has NYC outlawed smells? (In some ways….no pot or tobacco in public places, even public streets)
3. Has the ban on evictions been lifted? (Yes. Different times for Federal, State and LA county evictions.)
4. What is concurrence? (Two different types. Criminal and simultaneous)
5. Will the families of the folks who died in the Titan Disaster be able to collect or sue even though their loved one signed a waiver? (To be continued, but the interesting thing is WHO HAS JURISDICTION. Might be Canada. This happened in International Waters.)
