– QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”.
1. A child fell and was injured playing Little League…who is libel if anyone? (No one, implied risks are there when you sign up to play).
2. A person sued their parents for having them WITHOUT their permission? (Frivolous, no legal standing. Hard to establish legal liability)
3. Does the law protect shoplifters? (There is not the manpower to “police” all these stores and stores don’t want to prosecute the offenders, due to the costs. Such a break-down of law and order.)
4. Has the video film of the JFK assassination been withheld by the Feds? (Not really, there are lots of theories out there, even about aliens.)
5. Are child labor laws still in effect? (Yes, each state has its own. Usually under 16 you can only work 20 hours a week and must have parental permission.)
